There’s something to be said about connecting with each other in small groups. We become more aware of our humanness and that we are very similar in both our difficulties and our true joys.

I believe my wisdom circle had scheduling conflicts and could not meet.
I did not have a “work” team to discuss these insights at the time.

Some of our team met during this time and we discussed psychological safety and how that contributes to team effectiveness. When people don’t feel safe, they can’t do their best!

We actually chose to do a more personal-themed wisdom circle as a number of us were a bit burnt out from talking about work 🙂

We also chose to do a wisdom circle. Again it was an experience where the framework supported true connection in a simple and efficient (in terms of time) way. It is a model that I cherish.
