Embody the Dharma through movement, breath, and stillness—four weeks weaving Yoga, meditation, and Buddhist teachings into an integrated awakening path.
In our busy lives, slowing down to the rhythm of the body and cultivating embodied presence offers a profound refuge. This four-week online series illuminates the Dharma as a fully embodied experience, inviting us to inhabit each moment. Our sessions will flow mindfully between Buddhist teachings, meditation, Yoga, pranayama, and somatic movement as one integrated path to awakening. Your guides are teachers of Spirit Rock’s yearlong Dharma, Yoga, and Mindfulness Training, each bringing decades of experience.
Our weekly sessions will be gentle, accessible, and trauma-informed, honoring each person’s unique relationship with their body. You will learn powerful practical tools for nervous system regulation to cultivate grounded presence in your life.

Her sessions are intelligently crafted to cultivate embodied awareness, strength, and mobility, while supporting the body’s innate capacity to heal. As a long-time Dharma practitioner, she approaches the asanas as vehicles of insight, inviting us to awaken to present moment experience through the intelligence of the body.
