The Path of Freedom

Exploring the Four Noble Truths & the Eightfold Path

with Dawn Mauricio

May 13 - June 10, 2026

Explore the Buddha's Four Noble Truths and Eightfold Path—ancient teachings offering practical tools for finding freedom right where we are.

How do we work with life’s inevitable difficulties without being overwhelmed? The Buddha’s Four Noble Truths and Eightfold Path offer a clear framework for understanding suffering and finding freedom. Though ancient, these teachings speak directly to today’s challenges. Over five weeks, we’ll explore how this path helps you recognize the Dharma all around you and interweave practice into daily life. Each session includes meditation, a talk, and discussion. You’ll gain practical tools for living with more clarity, ease, and wisdom.

This class is part of Setting Out on the Path, the introductory sequence in the Buddhist Study & Practice curriculum. Classes in this sequence do not need to be taken in order.
